Records Management Governance - Just do it!

Developing records management governance is easy. You just decide what you want to do, write it down somewhere (in a policy, retention schedule etc.) and then go for it!

The neat trick is sticking by your guns, having confidence in what you are trying to achieve and making people believe you.

In this session, we shall be discussing ways to do this based on some real life examples/case studies mixed in with a bit of theory.

Please bring along your own ideas and be prepared to join the party. Only by sharing can we learn how to win together.

Topic: Soft Skills - helping you as a professional, particularly in managing change
