The PRIA – the Agents of Change Secret Weapon of Choice: Assessing the Privacy and Records Impact of Change

Lloyds Banking Group developed a toolkit to assess privacy and records impacts of change in the Bank. This talk is proposed by Hana Laws from Lloyds Group and Katharine Stevenson from Lloyds Commercial Bank. Hana will talk through the toolkit and how it is used across the Group; Katharine will discuss how this toolkit has been used by one of LBG’s Divisions – Commercial Banking. Case studies will demonstrate where the PRIA has led to records management improvements where they might otherwise have been ignored; the challenges, the successes and some failures from which we have learnt and made improvements.
