National Trust’s journey implementing SharePoint online

In early 2020 the National Trust made the decision to move all files off servers and into SharePoint.  Despite Covid lockdown and furlough by end of January 2022 this was accomplished.  36+ million files moved, 11,000 staff informed and trained across England, Wales and Northern Ireland, 700+ sites set up.  This presentation will cover our journey: relationships built, decisions made, communications and training methods used, and lessons learnt.
