I am currently Head of SAR Service Transformation, where I am leading the work to identify and deliver opportunities for process digitisation, by looking at ways to maximise the use of technology. As part of this, I work extensively with stakeholders to deliver best performance. I am a qualified Data Protection Practitioner. Prior to this I was Head of the Offender Subject Access Request Team, leading a large team responsible for completing every offender subject access request nationally, approximately 5,500 requests per year. Before joining the MoJ, I was in Staffordshire Police for 19 years during which time I worked in several roles including local and force intelligence, partnerships and data quality. I have a degree in Psychology and Criminology.
