Chris Elwell-Sutton

Chris is a data privacy partner at TLT LLP. His clients include banks, non-profits, tech and fintech firms. Chris advises on the data aspects of contract negotiations, artificial intelligence, M&A, disputes, access requests and incidents. He has a special interest in the implementation of privacy within large organisations, having led the APAC and Europe privacy programmes at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and held senior privacy roles within AXA, OneSavings Bank and Deloitte. A solicitor-advocate who speaks regularly at conferences, Chris was an active member of the UK Finance and UK Investment Association GDPR working groups.
