With over seven years of experience in humanitarian and development contexts, including Bosnia and Herzegovina, Moldova, Ukraine, Poland, and Yemen. Ismar has worked extensively on programme quality, MEAL systems, and information management in both crisis and development settings. His work focuses on leveraging technology and governance frameworks to strengthen organisational resilience, ethical data use, and institutional knowledge continuity. Known for his results-driven and pragmatic approach, Ismar combines strong technical expertise with skilled stakeholder engagement and humanitarian negotiation.
