I am DLUHC’s Deputy Departmental Records Officer with the objective and desire to achieve and maintain compliance with legislation and best practice. I manage the registry service to both DLUHC and our shared service customers and am contract manager for our offsite storage contract of both physical and digital records. Keeping the right information and ensuring it can be found when it is needed is key – as is delivering value for money. Before my life in the world of Knowledge and Information Management I was a management accountant and an internal auditor – so compliance is in my DNA. When I’m not at work I can be found with the latest additions to my family – alpacas.
