Information Management and SharePoint Specialist, Ofsted


A qualified archives and records manager, Amy joined the Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills (Ofsted) in January this year, having spent 18 months in the Department for Transport (DfT). At DfT she led on the rollout of a SharePoint records management solution and digital change programme as part of the Department’s Information Management Modernisation Project. Amy recently qualified as a PROSCI Change Management Practitioner, and was responsible for helping to shape and embed the programme’s digital change strategy. Amy previously worked at The National Archives as Collections Knowledge Officer, FOI Manager, and then 20-year rule Project Manager, where she was responsible for implementing new systems for monitoring public-record transfers to ‘Places of Deposit’ under the Public Records Act, and processes for improving information management good practice in prisons, hospitals and magistrates’ courts.
