Joanna has over 10 years experience of working in archives and records management, beginning her career in the private sector before moving over to work at the British Library, UK Parliament, and SOAS (University of London). She is currently the Head of Information Management for the Government Digital Service, a business unit of the Cabinet Office with its own unique information culture. Joanna is passionate about engaging colleagues with information management in their day to day roles, by making the subject accessible and relevant to individual teams, and offering convenient solutions to everyday issues which have information management implications.
