Head of Information Management, Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse
Justine Rainbow is the Head of Information Management at the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse, having been with the Inquiry since its inception in 2015. She has responsibility for information management, information governance and evidence management and enjoys the challenges and achievements that working with inquiries brings. Her Civil Service career spans 20 years, starting at The National Archives, followed by seven years as Records Manager for the Home Office which allowed her to work closely with the Hillsborough and Daniel Morgan Independent Panels.
