Motorists and their passengers are being filmed and a lot of deeply sensitive personal data appears to be collected by AI and algorithms in road safety cameras, being trialled across England. Highly likely (from my analysis) to be unnecessary, a disproportionate interference with human rights and, importantly, they may not even achieve their aims and objectives.
