His focus is on equipping stakeholders with the knowledge and confidence to drive their organisation’s digital journey, solve operational challenges, and share responsibility for transformation. With AI creating new opportunities to manage unstructured data and documents, Tim is committed to helping organisations accelerate change and innovate.

Driven by a passion for solutions that make a meaningful impact, Tim has spent more than two decades leading large-scale, technology led transformation programmes across both public and private sectors, delivering long term, process focused business improvement.

Tim has a MSc in Business Management Systems from Warwick Business School.
