Would you like to be part of the IRMS Conference?
2027 call for contributions is now OPEN
Do you have a fresh perspective, practical case study or innovative idea that could inspire the information and records management community?
The IRMS Conference is looking for independent, thought-provoking and vendor-neutral presentations that help delegates learn, innovate and improve their approach to information and records management.
We welcome submissions from across the profession, whether you are an experienced practitioner or at an early stage in your career. We are particularly keen to hear from first-time speakers and individuals from under-represented backgrounds, helping to broaden the range of voices and perspectives represented at the conference.
What We’re Looking For
Successful submissions will:
- Present practical experience, research, or clearly articulated lessons learned
- Address emerging trends, innovation, governance, or regulatory developments
- Offer transferable insights that delegates can apply within their own organisations
- Stimulate discussion and diverse perspectives
- Remain independent, educational, and non-promotional
To ensure fresh contributions, speakers who have appeared in the previous two consecutive IRMS Conferences are not eligible to submit for 2027.
A maximum of two proposals may be submitted per individual.
Supplier, Vendor & Consultant Guidance
The conference programme is built on independent, educational content.
Submissions must not promote products, services, or organisations, nor include sales messaging or branded material.
Consultants, suppliers, and vendors are welcome to submit proposals provided they are entirely vendor-neutral.
Successful speakers will be required to:
• Use the official IRMS Conference slide template
• Remove all company branding from presentation materials
• Focus on knowledge sharing rather than promotion
Proposals deemed promotional will be declined.

The theme for IRMS Conference 2027 is “2027 Conference: Every Record Tells a Story.”

The closing date for submissions is Friday 30th October 2026, and we aim to confirm accepted sessions in December 2026.
