For the submission process we are using the "EasyChair” software for IRMS 2019 submissions. You can send your submission via the web portal, making it easier than ever to submit your proposal for a contribution to the IRMS Conference. Once registered on the system, simply click on 'new submission'.
All submissions must include contact details, a session synopsis of no more than 100 words, and of course an inspiring title.
Please enter any key words in the relevant field that you feel supports your submission. ALL fields on the form must be completed.
For your Speaker Profile (Bio & Photo) please complete the Speaker Profile form and upload it with your submission.
- Submissions MUST include a biography and picture.
- No submissions will be accepted via any other portal - all information must be submitted via EasyChair
All submissions should be with us than no later than 19th October 2018. Those successful will be notified by the Conference Director in November 2018.
The IRMS Conference has a reputation for being innovative and thought provoking, so be bold and wow us! All selected session speakers will receive a conference pass for the day of their talk, and they will also be able to take advantage of a preferential rate for the whole Conference / Social activities. Please note that the preferential rate is for a maximum of 2 per session.
