Evaluating Best Practice – The Information Governance Maturity Model for Microsoft 365

Rob leads a discussion around best practices in Microsoft 365 in the context of the IRMS’ Information Governance Maturity Model. The session will provide an overview of the model, which was recently updated following an international benchmarking exercise.

The focus of the session will be to explore some of the area where there is less consensus around best practice. Some of these areas will be evaluated in more detail, with Rob offering his opinion on how organisations might consider configuring their tenant.

Additionally, the session will highlight some of the regional and sectoral differences of opinion that have been identified during the benchmarking exercise.
