Passionate about connecting people and ideas, Carmel is one of the co-founders of KIM Coffee Connect, a grassroots initiative designed to foster meaningful professional relationships in a friendly, low-pressure environment. Her work focuses on enabling collaboration, improving digital governance, and championing inclusive practices in KIM. Known for her boundless enthusiasm and warm approach, Carmel brings a unique blend of structure and creativity to her role—whether she’s designing guidance, mentoring peers, or facilitating cross-departmental dialogue. She is a strong advocate for networking as a vital skill in the KIM profession and is committed to helping others navigate change with confidence and clarity.
