Deborah Varenna

Deborah Varenna (she/her) is a Directorate Co-ordinator within the Organisational Knowledge Management Team at the Disclosure and Barring Service. With a strong focus on collaboration and inclusion, Deborah is one of the co-founders of KIM Coffee Connect. Deborah is passionate about improving how knowledge & information is captured and shared. In her current role, Deborah oversees the management of the organisational policy and procedure repository, including the evaluation of SharePoint solutions and the development of innovative methods for making policy information accessible to staff. In addition to her responsibilities at the Disclosure and Barring Service, Deborah is an active member of the CILIP LGBTQ+ Network committee and represents all CILIP Diversity Networks at the CILIP Member Council.
