Helen Sibson

Helen is Head of Information Governance and KIM Digital Projects at ICS Digital. Integrated Corporate Services (ICS) are part of the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ). They provide shared services to a growing number of government departments and public bodies including DESNZ, Department for Science, Innovation and Technology, UK Space Agency, Building Digital UK, and Great British Energy.

Helen has 15 years’ experience in implementing KIM solutions, digital transformation and data migration programmes in central government. She enjoys of the challenges of managing public records in the digital era and exploring possibilities that technology provides to tackle these challenges. Her career trajectory towards tackling digital heaps seemed somewhat inevitable as at the age of 12 she sorted out the family’s VHS video collection, creating her own catalogue and classification system!
