Dr Kelcey Swain is a DevOps Engineer in the Cabinet Office specialising in archival management, records, cataloguing and data more broadly. He is a former Digital Humanities academic working with large research projects and archival materials. As well as working with data at the heart of the Cabinet Office, his work includes exploration of future practices in archival descriptions and cataloguing along with like-minded experts at The National Archives, Parliament, and Downing Street.
