I have worked in the Home Office for over 25 years in roles spanning the whole organisation, from casework through to driving improvement projects. I have led the Home Office Knowledge Management Team for the last 3 years, re-energising existing initiatives such as the Learning from Experience Storytelling Programme and launching new ones such as Ideas Lab and the Lessons Learned Community of Practice.
