From Policy to Practice: Building the BBC’s Digital Records Management Programme

Paula McClure, MLIS, AMIRMS, is a records management and data protection specialist with more than 20 years’ experience in international organisations and financial services. She has led the development of records management programmes and has experience implementing information governance solutions in OpenText Livelink and Microsoft Purview. She is currently working with the BBC as a records management consultant on its Records Management programme. She previously held senior records management roles at Fidelity International, and records management and data protection roles within several European Union agencies.

Paula holds a Master of Library and Information Studies from the University of Alberta (Canada) and is an accredited member of the IRMS, and a BCS Practitioner in Data Protection.
