Rebekah Taylor has extensive experience as a Records Manager and Archivist, having graduated with an MSc in Archive Administration from the University of Aberystwyth in 2012. She is currently an Information Manager at NHS Resolution. From 2016, she worked at the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC), initially as the Hillsborough Archive Manager, and later as the Records Manager and Departmental Records Officer, focusing on Public Records Act obligations. Prior to this, she served as an Archivist at the University of Creative Arts starting in 2012. Since 2023, Rebekah has been volunteering at the IRMS, further contributing to the field. She also successfully secured funding from the ARA for consultancy on archives and records in a legal setting. Her diverse roles and contributions highlight her expertise and commitment to advancing records management and archival practices.
