14:10 - 15:00

The ‘Dunne’ Judgement ruling against an IOPC Investigation has implications in relation to data and information, where in this instance the defendant did not disclose evidence or draft reports before the final report. While drafts are often seen as ephemeral there are times where drafts are key and need to be disclosed, e.g. investigations, or inquiry report significant drafts for permanent preservation. Where SharePoint does have version control could this potentially have implications for easily/quickly reverting to previous versions? Do some ‘major’ drafts need to be saved as separate versions? How do you define major versions? How can major and minor versions In SharePoint assist? This   paper will refer to the M365 Maturity Model, use of One Drive and drafts and when One Drive may not be suitable. Participants will be asked to share their experiences in terms of keeping and sharing drafts.
