Andrea McIntosh is a fierce advocate for the records and information management profession, bringing two decades of hands-on experience in information architecture, Microsoft 365 governance, and empowering organisations to make smarter decisions with their data. As consultant and coach, she is driven by a mission to raise the visibility, credibility, and energy of the IM profession—locally and globally.

In her work, Andrea collaborates with IM leaders, partners, and industry leaders to champion strategic initiatives and spark positive change. Known for her passion, authenticity, humour and commitment to lifting others up, she thrives on sharing knowledge, challenging the status quo, and helping IM professionals step into their full potential.

When she isn’t advocating for stronger information practices, Andrea is the General Manager for Global Operations at Leadership Through Data, delivering training, coaching, and transformative guidance to organisations worldwide.
