Copilot Meets KIM: Embedding AI in Government Information Management Practices

Jamie is the Welsh Government’s Head of e-Discovery. He supports the Departmental Records Officer with all Knowledge and Information Management aspects of Welsh Government’s involvements in public inquiries. He was heavily involved in the Welsh Government’s response to the UK Covid-19 Public Inquiry, developing processes for the identification and transferral of relevant information, creating workflows in our e-Discovery software, solving technical issues and liaising with internal and external clients.

He has worked in the Welsh Government’s Knowledge and Information Management team for 13 years and has previously been involved in the first transfer of born-digital records to The National Archives, archiving the Welsh Government’s web presence and dealing with the Welsh Government’s digital heap.
