Scott is an experienced freelance DP & IG consultant having now worked and volunteered for 18+ years in the profession across various sectors. Scott now works on various IG related projects and as an outsourced DPO for a number of organisations.

As well as supporting organisations with IG & DP knowledge, Scott is also an author and trainer for various DP&IG training courses, including an IRM Practitioner Cert and an A-Z course for AI Governance. Scott is also a teacher for the DP & IG Level 4 apprenticeship programme across England.

Scott has also volunteered at the IRMS since 2012 and was Chair from 2016-2020 and regularly contributes to the profession via webinars, articles and workshops.
